Our Payment and Shipping Charges:
- All online transactions are made securely through Paypal (www.paypal.com). We accept payments via all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express).
- However, if you prefer to pay by checks or money order, Notify us by Email
- We currently ship our product via Canada Post (Air Shipping), as they provide fast and reliable service.
- If you wish to receive your products either next-day or overnight delivery, please let us know at Customer_Service@omega3-drho.com with details including the products and delivery method you prefer and we will prepare an invoice with total amount due.
- Our shipping rates are calculated as a percentage of your total order. We have decreasing scale shipping rates, to help our customers save on shipping charges for larger orders. The greater the number of products purchased, the lower per item the shipping becomes. Shipping charges will be applied to all orders placed.
- All orders will be shipped approximately 48-72 hours after ordering. We ship products during normal business hours, Monday to Friday 9am - 3 pm NL time.
